We meet with the business leader to clarify the challenge, agree the scope of the review and determine the information necessary to conduct our analysis.

2. Analysis

To minimise impact, we typically conduct this review and analysis offsite. To ensure a clear understanding, we may set up one or more calls to discuss specific elements. We typically aim to complete this within a week.

3. Assessment Summary

We meet to discuss the findings of our analysis and agree all the facts and conclusions with you before providing the final summary.
