Questions we’re most often asked.

  • The traditional top-down approach to strategy no longer meets the needs of the Digital Era. Typically, it’s too slow, abstract and often unnecessarily complex. We believe strategy needs to be an inclusive, collaborative process and so these workshops were designed to help leaders bring their teams together to achieve that. Strategy only comes alive if the team has been actively involved in shaping it and understands how it relates to their roles.

  • The program consists of a series of team workshops to build and strengthen relationships, review results, celebrate successes, share insights, refine the strategy and agree the priorities for the next quarter. The workshops are tailored to meet each client’s needs. Ideally, it’s best to bring the team together every quarter but this frequency may vary depending on what a leader believes works best. The workshops can be a morning, a full day or delivered over 2 days at your premises or at an off-site location of your choice.

  • Our program is delivered using Bamboo’s Strategy Framework so a key benefit is that you can adopt this as your own tool for strategy. Equally, at the same time that your team’s involved in your building and refining your strategy they will in fact being developing their own strategic capability. Clients have referred to the program as a practical alternative to the core a traditional MBA.

  • Generally, we recommend the whole the team participate.
